Sexual exploitation of children is a global problem that knows no borders. Just as people have become more interconnected and interdependent for good cause across the world, so have criminals grown more organized in their activities to benefit from the exploitation of others, particularly children. Many of ECPAT International’s programs and initiatives are thus undertaken across neighboring borders, between countries and regions and with many different actors. International initiatives help expand the net of protection for children globally through coordinated action involving the more than 80 ECPAT members (networks of local level organizations) in 70 countries around the world. Your support to global programs will help ECPAT International continue this work to strengthen the right to protection from sexual exploitation, for all children everywhere.
